s human beings, we are particularly open to learning during childhood. As children, we continuously learn with each step, exploring the limits of our possibilities and receiving each event as something new. We face every new lesson free of prejudice and limiting beliefs, acting always from a sense of curiosity, novelty and astonishment.

When we become adults, we no longer investigate and explore the world with the same curiosity, we cease to “not know” anymore. Our prejudice, past experiences, values and beliefs condition us and often represent a barrier for incorporating new ways of observing and understanding the world.

This is why, using the experience-based learning approach which Atesora promotes in all its programmes and services, we want to trigger and “re-live” that sense of openness, curiosity and will to experiment in the organisations and persons with which we work, which allows us to include new learning processes for achieving effective change.

Our round logo represents the circularity and recurrent quality of any learning process: Any previous experience is the foundation for the possibilities of our future knowledge. However, the “quality” and usefulness of our future knowledge depends on how competent we are in using our past experiences.
